9B Ladies Event returns March 4
Women of all ages are encouraged to attend the 2022 9B Ladies’ Event, presented by the Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce, scheduled for Friday, March 4, from 9am to 4pm, at the Ktunaxa room at The Kootenai River Inn Casino and Spa.
Promising to be a day of enlightenment, encouragement, self-love and acceptance, attendees will have the opportunity to organize and declutter their lives and experience the joy of embracing friendships with other like-minded women in the Bonners Ferry community.
“We first started off our event as Women in Business. We soon learned that we were missing a large portion of our ladies, as they were under the impression that this event was just for business owners,” recalls Jennifer Van Etten. “I can understand why, as we wanted to showcase our home-based business gals; to shed light on these ladies and give their home-based business a day in the spotlight; to let them gather with other like-minded women and network with ladies in our community to let them know they can purchase services locally and sustain the working moms or the retirees.”
In addition, the goal was to create a space to inspire and feed one’s soul, whether that be one’s artistic side, nutritional side or spiritual side. This event has it all.

The cost to attend the event is $45 for Chamber members, $50 for non-Chamber members; $10 additional for a booth. All tickets include a swag bag, one ticket for a door prize, and a taco bar lunch. Those interested in attending can register online at BonnersFerryChamber.org and select “9B Ladies Event.” Currently, ticket sales are limited to 50, due to COVID-19 restrictions, and vendor booths are limited to 10 (though both are subject to change per CDC guidelines). Swag will be provided by local businesses. If you would like to donate local swag, become a sponsor or donate raffle items, you will be given the opportunity for a minute at the mic—giving you the chance to stand out and shine while sharing information about you and your business.
