C.J. first discovered Bonners Ferry 20 years ago. “I thought it was as beautiful then as it is now,” he says. “My wife and I decided that this is where we would decide to raise our family. I have traveled to 28 countries around the world and this is where we decided to lay down roots. That says a lot about our area here in North Idaho.”
He attributes the long-time success of Coldwell Banker North Woods Realty first and foremost to the community of Bonners Ferry. “Next would be my family understanding the hours needed to put in to make a dream a reality, and of course my second family—my agents Chris Clark, Denise Winey (who landed in the top three of favorite realtors in Best of Boundary County), Lori Allen, Sam Testa and Steve Holly, and our office manager Kelly Wyatt.”
